Thank you for your patience in these difficult times

Some of you are waiting for your projects to be delivered. There are currently delays caused by new border controls and paperwork for our imports. We have a long queue of frames stuck in Italy, waiting to be shipped to us in London. And not only that: Covid-19 has had a heavy impact on the production line. Factories were forced to close for much of last year and couldn't cope with the booming demand after lockdown. As a knock-on effect, distributors have a worldwide shortage of materials and components - wheels in particular - and unfortunately things are not going to improve any time soon. We therefore want to apologise for these heavy delays. We will keep everyone posted with latest news.

For fresh orders during 2021, made to measure frames' turnarounds are not badly affected, so we can keep our usual promise of 12 weeks. However, for groupsets and parts in general, we have currently been given a minimum wait of 6 months! Of course we'll keep things as flexible as possible and work closely with you, to help source your own components from any possible outlet; online companies, ebay, etc. in order to minimise the impact of this world shortage, as best as we can.

For bike fittings, we are operating almost as normal, observing all the Covid measures, and working remotely with bio-mechanic G. Giannecchini. He will visit us in person as soon as the restrictions ease up. We will be publishing new fitting sessions dates soon, probably from April onwards. Stay tuned.

With the above in mind, we are blessed with the best clients ever, who have never complained once about the delays and the difficult situation..... this is why we want to say a special THANK YOU to all of you who have been very patient and understanding.
